We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions for your convenience.
Logistics & Location
📍 August 21–23, 2025 at 921 N. Main St NW, Conyers, GA. Each day has its own unique schedule and experience with the whole family in mind.

Day 1 & 2 are paid experiences, with optional VIP upgrades and bundle pricing.

A: Here are a few suggestions for what to bring:
- Ticket: Bring your printed or digital ticket for easy registration
- Notebook and Pen: For taking notes during workshops and sessions.
- Reusable Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the day! We’ll have water stations available for refills.
- Comfortable Clothing and Shoes: Dress for a mix of indoor and outdoor activities (especially on Field Day).
- Layers: The venue may have varying temperatures, so it’s a good idea to bring layers you can adjust.
- Sunscreen and Hat: For outdoor activities on Field Day.
- Camera: Capture memories with your family and friends.
- Any Special Items: If you or your child have any special needs, please bring any comfort items or medications for your little ones..
A: Yes! Light refreshments will be available on Day 1.
On Day 2 & 3, food vendors will be on-site with options for purchase. Outside food is welcome for families with dietary needs.
A: Yes, FREE parking is available for all attendees. Overflow and vendor-specific parking zones will be marked.

A: Yes! Family-based ticket bundles and FREE children’s passes are available.
Each family only needs one “Family Cultivator” pass for Day 2 & 3. Children under 3 attend free.
A: Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. Click here to transfer your ticket to someone else.
Due to the bespoke nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation or date change refunds may be requested.

A: Yes! Each day offers its own unique experience, and you can register for just the one that fits your schedule or needs best. We also offer bundle pricing for families who want to attend multiple days—including VIP options with added perks.
A: Yes!
We offer family zones, sensory spaces, and activities for children ages 3–11, plus spaces for teens. While we do not offer childcare, families with toddlers and preschoolers are welcome to bring comfort items and explore the sensory areas.
A: Yes! We believe teens deserve more than just a seat in the crowd. We’ve created space for them to connect, express, and grow through:

Creative Labs just for teens (art, discussion, hands-on fun)

A dedicated Teen Forum where they can share, reflect, and ask real questions

Volunteer opportunities for youth aged 12+ (with leadership credit available)
